#2 THE STRUCTURE OF VERTICAL DEVELOPMENT
This element explores the Holistic Spectrum StageSHIFT, and interconnects the Human Faculties of Self-Expression and the Energy Fields of our Conscious Life Experience in the StageSHIFT Holistic Energy Operating System. We review the evolving organizational context.
#3 THE NATURE OF VERTICAL DEVELOPMENT
We share the StageSHIFT Research Findings in terms of the Integral AQAL Pathway providing the Systemic and Spiritual context for VHLD. We set out the 8 Drivers, 3 Principles, and 5 Active Ingredients in Vertical Transformative Coaching, concluding with the mythic spiral Hero's Journey.

We invite you to undertake the Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile so you can gain a more granular understanding of executive leadership-in-action at the progressive Stages of development. It's an automated, capability-based self-assessment instrument based on our VHLP Model incorporating:
