Frequently Asked Questions

One, it's transformative coaching, not just developmental coaching. That means it's specifically later stage vertical and not limited to lateral learning. Two, it's a blend of strategic and holistic, business and personal, internal and external, shadow resolution and engagement frameworks. Three, it often moves into a deep reservoir of expansive space that you may at first find disorientating and uncomfortable. However your experience will deepen your self-awareness and uplift your consciousness.

In a word, Yes. If you're committed to evolving and you follow and implement the SHIFT coaching frameworks and techniques, you will land at Strategist. Extraordinarily, 25% do so from the conventional stage of Achiever in one year, and others anchor there within 2-3 years. Shifting into Catalyst, the level 5 leader, is an individuation zone that eventually consolidates at Strategist. It's just that the world around us is mainly stalled at the Achiever paradigm and most authentic leadership programs stop at Catalyst.

No, this is optional. However I do recommend it as it provides you with a stages perspective that relates to your inner self that is otherwise challenging to fathom.
