This Program runs over a year. The 4-week RADAR cycle for each Leadership Dimension take place throughout the year except in July and December when we take a rest to reflect and integrate our learning. The Program includes:

The Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile (VHLP) Assessment to deepen your Self-Awareness, identify your Strengths, Stressors, Blind Spots, and Stretches, and ignite your Vertical Evolution. You will be guided to develop a personalised 12-month Leadership Journey Map.
The My World View (MWV) Assessment at the beginning of the Program to measure your current Mindset. At the end of 12-months or when you shift to Phase II, you can do another MWV Assessment.
A 1:1 90-min Discovery Debrief with Dr Antoinette Braks or your StageSHIFT Coach to deepen your understanding of your Reports and guide you in customising your 12-month Evolutionary Journey Map.
The 6 critical Leadership Dimensions each with 5 Modules inclusive of Videos, Notes, Techniques, Frameworks, Strategies, Templates, Blueprints, Toolkits, and Assignments.
An initial 90-min Discovery Dialogue to Preview the Program, is followed buy fortnightly 90-min Discovery Dialogues, 3 for each Leadership Dimension, and a 90-min Program Review at the end of Phase I. The total of 18-20 Discovery Dialogues are recorded for later access.
Explicit Customised Feedback on your Assignments for each of the 6 S Leadership Dimensions to close the gap between ideation and implementation and ensure your effectiveness.
