StageSHIFT Coaching Supervision Program 2023

Cultivate your ongoing evolution as a Coach and Leader with StageSHIFT Coaching Supervision

The D-E-E-P-E-R StageSHIFT Coaching Supervision & Integration Framework:

This Program includes 10*110-mins Group Supervision Discovery Dialogues to support and encourage your continuing development as a person, a leader and a StageSHIFT Coach and Consultant.

The agenda for the Group Discovery Dialogues is set by you, using an online Word doc to identify your questions, dilemmas, and case studies. Our case study approach bridges the seeing-knowing-doing gaps that expand awareness and embodied action. 

We'll also cycle through updates to the critical StageSHIFT models, frameworks, techniques, and processes so I can offer you new insights on their purpose, relevance, and application. 

The StageSHIFT Coaches undertaking Coaching Supervision will be given first option to undertake StageSHIFT Discovery Dialogues as part of our Vertical Leadership Culture Evolution Programs with client organizations, subject to specific requirements such as language or explicit sector experience that are better met by other invested StageSHIFT Coaches.

The Group Supervision Discovery Dialogues are held every four weeks throughout the year with the exception of April, August and December. A fortnight later, you can undertake peer coaching mostly within triads, and dyads depending on numbers, at 12pm CET. 

This Discovery Dialogues will be held at 10am CET Fridays. The video and audio recordings with notes will be accessible by you after each Discovery Dialogue. The dates are:

Please place these in your diary on each Friday at 10am CET/CEST, and the Peer Collaborations at 1pm CET one fortnight later. They are exactly four weeks apart with the exception of the breaks during April and August.

NB The VLD-VHLP-VLCEP Discovery Dialogue takes place on the interceding Friday fortnight at 10am CET.
