This Program includes 10*2-hr Group Supervision Discovery Dialogues to support and encourage your continuing development as a person, a leader and a StageSHIFT Coach and Consultant.
The agenda for the Group Discovery Dialogues is set by you, using a customised Workbook to identify your questions, dilemmas, and case studies. Our case study approach bridges the seeing-knowing-doing gaps that come with expanding awareness.
We'll also cycle through updates to the critical StageSHIFT models, frameworks, techniques, and processes so I can update you with new insights on their purpose, relevance and application.
The Group Supervision Discovery Dialogues are held every four weeks throughout the year with the exception of April, August and December. In the interceding fortnight, you have the option of peer coaching within a dyad or triad. Please let me know.
There are also two time options: 9am and 3pm GMT/BST Fridays. Please let me know which you would like to join.
Your registration lasts for 12-months. The recordings and transcripts will be accessible to you until the end of the month following each term. Then, to secure the confidentiality of the people involved, they will be removed. New coaches may join the group each term.
