THE PROGRAM

The Program is made up of 10 Modules, 10 90-min Live Online Group Discovery Dialogues at 10am CET on Fridays.

This VHLP Certification Program includes the 12 Modules in the INTRODUCTION to Vertical Holistic Leadership Development and how to guide and hold the Discovery Debrief with clients and the overall process of creating a 12-month Evolutionary Journey Map.

At each Discovery Dialogue we'll review 1-2 VHLP Reports to provide you with practice in interpreting, debriefing, and guiding executives to create their Evolutionary Journey Map.

The VHLP Coach Certification includes 3 VHLP Assessments for you to use for yourself and/or with your client executives. By offering these to clients accompanied by a Discovery Debrief, you can quickly recoup your investment in this Program.

You're also welcome to continue to attend our Discovery Dialogues in the years that follow to explore and expand your understanding of VHLD. These sessions have become the heart of the global StageSHIFT Coach Community.

The VHLP (Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile) Certification provides a later generation Vertical Holistic Leadership Model and a multifaceted systemic view of vertical development.
