StageSHIFT Transformative Coaching Program in Vertical Leadership Development

This Program runs over 48 weeks. The 4-week RADAR cycle for each Leadership Dimension take place throughout the year except in June/July and Dec/Jan when we focus rest and reflection. The Program includes:

  • The Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile (VHLP) Assessment to deepen your Self-Awareness, identify your Strengths, Stressors, Blind Spots, and Stretches, and ignite your Vertical Evolution. You will be guided to develop a personalised 12-month Leadership Journey Map.
  • The My World View (MWV) Assessment at the beginning and end of the Program to measure the development of your Mindset over the 12-month period.
  • A 1:1 90-min Discovery Debrief with Dr Antoinette Braks to deepen your understanding of your reports and guide you in customising your 12-month Evolutionary Journey Map.
  • The 8 critical Leadership Dimensions each with 5 Modules inclusive of Videos, Notes, Techniques, Frameworks, and Assignments.
  • An initial 90-min Discovery Dialogue to Preview the Program, 8 * 90-min Discovery Dialogues over two 4-month periods from Aug-Nov and Jan-June, 2 for each Leadership Dimension, and a 90-min Program Review. The total of 20 Discovery Dialogues are recorded for later access.
  • 8 * Preset monthly Peer Collaborations in Dyads or Triads to test ideas, rehearse scripts, share notes, and reflect on your experiences with traveling companions.
  • Explicit Customised Feedback on your Assignments for each of the 8 S Leadership Dimensions to close the gap between ideation and implementation and ensure your coaching effectiveness.
