This Program runs over 15 months or you can stretch it out as needed. The 4-week RADAR cycle for each Leadership Dimension takes place throughout the year except in July and December to rest and reflect and allow time for integration. The Program includes:

  • The Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile (VHLP) Assessment to deepen your Self-Awareness, identify your Strengths, Stressors, Blind Spots, and Stretches, and ignite your Vertical Evolution. You will be guided to develop a personalised 12-month Leadership Journey Map.
  • The My World View (MWV) Assessment at the beginning of the Program to measure the development of your Mindset over the period.
  • A 1:1 90-min Discovery Debrief with your StageSHIFT Coach to deepen your understanding of your Vertical Reports and guide you in customising your 12-month Evolutionary Journey Map.
  • The 6 critical Leadership Dimensions each with 5 Modules inclusive of Videos, Notes, Techniques, Frameworks, and Assignments.
  • Around 15 *90-min Discovery Dialogue Coaching Meetings pa with breaks in December and July. You'll receive transformative coaching including deep insights into any questions you have and dilemmas you face as well as proactive feedback on StageSHIFT Assignments to uplift your leadership effectiveness. Our immersive Discovery Dialogues are recorded for later access. This will ensure we close the gap between ideation and effective implementation to ensure your success as a VIP Senior Executive Leader.

As soon as you register, you'll receive instant access to the 3 Modules on Vertical Holistic Leadership Development, and the 5 Modules in STRATEGY so you can get going on Strategic Leadership. The rest of the Online Resources are drip fed every 4-weeks.

Within 24 hours you'll also receive links by email to undertake the two Vertical Assessments: My World View and the Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile.

Your StageSHIFT Coach will set up 20 Coaching Meetings with you at the same time and day that suits you throughout the year. This takes account of the likelihood that you'll need to drop out of a few and saves us from having to reschedule. Coaching meetings will begin fortnightly to set you up for success and incorporate the Discovery Debrief, and then move out to every 3-4-weeks.
