StageSHIFT Coaching Certification Program 2021

The Components of the StageSHIFT Program

  • 9 StageSHIFT Modules with 3-4 elements within each including videos, articles and assignments, released over 12 months

  • 3 Vertical Assessments, two LDP Vertical Assessments before and after, and the StageSHIFT Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile (VHLP), with 3 Individual Debriefs with Antoinette

  • 20 fortnightly live 90-120-min Group Discovery Dialogues with Antoinette to review your questions, reflections, suggestions, experiences, observations, personal dilemmas and coaching case studies

  • 9 Peer-to-Peer coaching sessions to explore and apply the content within each module

  • A total of >100 hours of Focused Attention & Application over three terms in 12 months with two breaks in-between, setting aside the same half-day time period each week supplemented by your own discretionary integration time

  • If you give the Program the attention and application it invites, you will shift at least one stage in vertical development during 2021; 20% of participants will shift twice, including shifting into the MetAware Tier
