She is passionate about finding the trigger to enable people and organisations grow and evolve. After 20 years experience as a manager in international companies, she is now working as an independent change and leadership coach.
Kris's purpose is to help leaders, employees, teams and organisations to make breakthroughs in their development. Thanks to her unconditional respect and admiration for people’s natural talents, people feel the confidence, trust and support needed to experiment and grow. Kris combines a Master in Engineering and experience in international management with strong people skills. Driven by her desire to help people grow and develop, enhanced by technical competences with a range of people focused training programs.
