Antoinette and I share a deep interest in common ideas, centred around integral theory. Antoinette has taken many of the central aspects of integral and applied them in ways I have not seen before, especially as they are directed towards developing later stage leaders. While sophisticated, her approach is pragmatic, accessible, innovative and coherent. Antoinette is remarkably self-aware and is present with a rare vulnerability.
