I'm Antoinette Braks

I'm a Master Certified Executive Coach with over 8,000 hours Coaching Experience with Senior Executives, Executive Teams, Groups of Senior Leaders, and Executive Coaches. This follows a 25-year global career including Senior Executive roles leading People & Culture and Leadership Capital Solutions with Shell, Korn Ferry, and Vector.
I hold a PhD in Leadership Coaching Psychology (Macquarie University), an MBA (London Business School), an MA in Management Research (Macquarie), an Advanced Diploma in Coaching Supervision (Oxford Brookes University), a Dip Intl Mktg (Hons), LLB(Hons) and BA (University of Auckland).
My research findings are published in the academic articles below and in my book: Executive Coaching in Strategic Holistic Leadership (McGraw Hill 2020). I was honoured to receive 2 Macquarie University Prizes for Excellence and the CEO Award for Leadership Coaching in 2020.
My career has always been important to me. I’m a bit of a crusader. This has enabled me to excel and also got me into hot water from time to time.
