Enthused by an infinite fascination for human behaviour and how the body and brain work in synergy, Jacqueline’s entrepreneurial spirit got underway before she was 20 years old in the form of launching a business focusing on total health & well-being. Her strong understanding of business, and her resilient and agile approach to life, have resulted in the formation of five more advisory and consulting businesses, several advisory board positions, business partner, VP and Managing Director roles, all in the intersection of unleashing human potential, elite performance, senior leadership development and organisational transformation. Jacqueline is especially passionate about co-creating diverse communities of integrated developmental learning & action for the ‘greater good’. She supports clients in exponentially increasing their leadership capacity by working with their ‘stretches’, ‘stressors’ and ‘shadow’ dynamics that liberate latent potential, and the capacity for broader, deeper, more systemic ways of perceiving, listening and acting. Her holistic approach interweaves strategic and structural support with a challenging, yet highly supportive environment in which individuals, teams and ultimately entire organisations build their capacity to thrive and perform under high levels of ambiguity and complexity.
Her current Doctoral Research at Hult Ashridge International Business School in the UK focuses on the intelligence of the body in integral human development and the leadership capacity that is required to resolve the interconnected systemic problems we face in today´s world.
