Small Group Program to support your soul evolution and explore perspective and meaning-making in the MetAware Tier. This Program is designed to offer you a cognitive understanding and to support you at a deeper level as you enter meta-awareness.
There is much written - and personally experienced - regarding the Dark Night of the Soul and rising from the ashes like the phoenix at Alchemist. My intention is to discover new ways to support this mega-transition on a soul level that eases the passage while embracing the immersion into emptiness and out into fullness.

VHLP Certification Program to understand the Vertical Holistic Leadership Model (VHLM) and debrief the VHLP to inspire and ignite vertical development for executives.
The VHLP is a capability-based Self-Assessment instrument that you can use to introduce clients to vertical development and also include before and after your coaching and leadership development programs.
Vertical Strategic Enterprise Profile VSEP
To be launched in 2022
Large Group Certification Program to understand the Vertical Strategic Enterprise Model (VSEM) and learn how to evaluate key levers in enterprise evolution from a vertical perspective.
Your own analysis of the various data points will give you a robust starting point to design and customise Enterprise Evolution to Green and invite the emergence of Teal.
