Hi, I'm Antoinette Braks.Â
I'm a eternal student, global traveler, parent of 3 and grandparent. I'm also a coach, consultant, writer, speaker, teacher, and entrepreneur. I live life to evolve.Â
I've partnered with CEOs to lead business culture transformation, designed and facilitated leadership programs, and coached hundreds of executives.
My breakthrough PhD research distilled a pathway to embodied Synergist Leadership Capacity from the level of Achievist within 1-2 years, instead of the usual 5-6.
In recent years I've realized that later Stages of Leadership Development not only transcend and include earlier ones, they deepen and expand them too.
We need stronger, broader, deeper foundations to rise - just as a tree spreads its roots to extend its branches into the sky. The 7 Engines fuel our growth simultaneously.
