Elisabet is the founder and principal of Future Navigators. As an Executive Consultant and Coach she helps leaders, teams and organisations reimagine the future, and move beyond business as usual to co-create better business and a better future.
Elisabet brings 25+ years of business experience, including 15 years on management team level in large organisations and 10 years as a consultant and coach working with executives across several industries in B2C and B2B. This has provided her with an in-depth understanding of the challenges of an executive - with a particular focus on the areas of leadership development, strategy, innovation, and transformation.
Today, Elisabet is a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, an affiliate Executive Program Coach at IMD Business School, a Strategyzer Business Model Innovation Coach, and a certified Board Director. Elisabet is also the author of Navigera in i framtiden (2018) – meaning “Navigate into the Future” in Swedish.
