I have known Hanne-Leona since 1992 from different contexts and roles. Therefore Hanne-Leona and I can easily say that we know each other inside out. Among other things, we studied together to become Systemic Supervisors. Later on, when Hanne-Leona was working as an HRD Manager, she bought services from the consulting company I worked for. Together we successfully launched a coaching program on team leadership for middle managers which enhanced the efficiency of production and the internal communication between different production lines. Overall, our co-operation has centered around customer-tailored systemic work with organizations, both systemic leadership and organizational development. We have done concept development focusing on a brain- friendly feedback method, dynamic expertise and positive psychology.
