This Program provides you with:

  1. A series of 9 Modules of Online Executive Resources, each with 5 submodules offering videos, notes, frameworks, templates and techniques. The 9 Modules cover the 3 Steps: Shape a Visionary Generative Future, build Leadership Cultural Capital, and have Industry Defining Impact. They form a proven accelerated pathway to Visionary Inspiring Purposeful Leadership with an embodied Synergist Perspective.
  2. Active participation in 20 * 90-min Group Discovery Dialogues pa to explore your mindset, gain feedback on your masterpieces-in-progress, and receive transformative coaching on the challenges and dilemmas you face in your work and personal life based on the series of Online Modules. They are held bi-weekly at 8am ES/DT (2pm CE/ST) throughout the year except January and July.
  3. Engagement in a live online community thread for all members of the StageSHIFT Passport to Synergist Leadership Program. There you can ask questions and share your work to gain feedback from StageSHIFT Coaches, share your thoughts and wonderings to ignite deeper conversations, and share your results and revelations to inspire others.

The 9 Modules are: SYSTEM: Strategy, Structure and Synchrony; SELF: Sincerity, Shadow and Story; and SHIFT: Standards, Signatory and Synergy.
