The Program is made up of

• 3 Online Modules on the Psychology, Structure and Nature of VHLD,
• The VHLP for yourself, and 2 complimentary VHLPs for clients,
• 10 100-min Live Online Group Discovery Dialogues at 10am CET on Fridays every 4-weeks with a few breaks.

This VHLP Certification Program includes how to guide and hold the Discovery Debrief with clients and the overall process of creating a 12-month Development Map.

These Discovery Dialogues are also attended by Coaches already Certified in the VHLP who wish to continue exploring and expanding their understanding of VHLD. You will also be able to continue participating in the Discovery Dialogues next year.
