The Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile
- The Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile (VHLP) is a Self-Assessment of your ratings on 156 capabilities and shadow elements based on substantial research in Vertical Holistic Leadership Development.
- By entering your name and email address as you register, you and your StageSHIFT Coach will receive an email from [email protected] to complete the VHLP Assessment.
- You will also receive a link to the Online Executive Resources in Vertical Holistic Leadership Development. Go to this first so you can follow the optimal process to build your understanding and complete your Assessment.
The VHLD Online Program Modules
- The PSYCHOLOGY of VHLD outlining its origins, the Lines and Levels of Development, and current StageSHIFT into 4th Perspective. It concludes with an invitation to undertake their VHLP Assessment.
- The STRUCTURE of VHLD in terms of Stages and Perspectives. They're invited to review their VHLP REPORT and sense their resonance with the phrases within their identified Strengths, Stressors, Blind Spots and Stretches.
- The NATURE of VHLD informing them of StageSHIFT's research findings and coaching approach as they begin to complete their own unique EVOLUTIONARY JOURNEY MAP to guide their holistic development over the next 12-months.
Deep Discovery Debrief
- After you submit your Assessment, you and your StageSHIFT Coach will receive a detailed 40p Report outlining your Stage Spectrum and identifying your Top 7 Strengths, Stressors, Blind Spots, and Stretches.
- The Online Executive Resources explain how to map out your vertical developmental trajectory and invite you to focus on key developmental themes that will liberate your latent inner power.
- The Report also provides an outline of the Stages of Development adapted from Chapter 2 of Executive Coaching in Strategic Holistic Leadership (2020) by Dr Antoinette Braks.
Your Unique Developmental Pathway
- During the 90-min Discovery Debrief, your StageSHIFT Coach will guide you to identify what resonates most with you so you can tailor your developmental pathway to what is uniquely important to you.
- The Assessment process culminates by inviting you to articulate your Aspirational Leadership Brand Declaration to set a clear focus on the type of leader you most wish to become.
- Finally you will create your unique 12-month Evolutionary Leadership Journey Map based on the key elements that have most resonated with you.
