Transformative StageSHIFT Coaching in Vertical Holistic Systemic Leadership Development is an active receptive collaborative dialogical inquiry where the self-awareness and life experience of the Coach is an extensive resource and expansive reservoir of consciousness for the client executive. The 3-Step StageSHIFT Executive Leadership Program & Coach Certification are evidence-based and proven to liberate Synergist Leadership Capacity within 1-2-years, 3 times faster than usual. They offer rich content and applied practice.

The 1:1 Executive Leadership Coaching Program includes the online resources yet is paced to meet the needs of the individual Executive e.g., weekly meetings. The Coaching Agenda is customized to meet their immediate needs and aspirations.

The Coach Certification also involves submitting all 9 Assignments showing a level of mastery of the materials. You will receive individualized feedback to deepen your understanding further. These are optional for Executive Leaders.

THE SCHEDULE

You can begin the Program any time and chart your course over the following 12-months. Many participants continue to participate in our live Discovery Dialogues and online Community for many years.

Our Live Discovery Dialogues on Zoom take place every 2 weeks on Thursdays at 8am EST (2pm CET) from 4 Sept and at 8am CET (6pm AEST) from 12 February 2026:

  • From 4 September to 28 November 2025.
  • From 12 February 2026 to 19 June 2026.
  • From 6 August to 11 December 2026.

You will need to take account of your own location's switch to daylight saving relative to 8am EST and 8am CET.

YOUR TIME INVESTMENT

One 2-hour session a week of focused learning is ideal. This way you cover 1 or 2 of the 45 Online Learning Modules one week and attend the live Coaching Session the next week. The balance of your time is invested in the application and integration of the work, including the Assignment. We work through your Assignments during our Discovery Dialogues.

You can gain Continuing Education Learning Hours by application to the EMCC or ICF. This will be automated once we complete our submissions to them.

PROGRAM FEES

You can either make a single payment to cover the ensuing 12-month period or an initial payment and the first month of 12 monthly payments.

After the first year, you can continue with a monthly subscription to continue to participate in the live Discovery Dialogues, or upgrade to another layer of content e.g., Systemic Shadow Team Dynamics or 5th Perspective Soul Voyage, with a second installment and/or ongoing monthly payments.

You can add on Assessments, the Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile and My World View including a 1:1 Discovery Debrief at any time. If you include both Assessments covered by one 90-min Discovery Debrief while registering for this Program, you'll receive a 30% SAVING. This option is highly recommended so you can gauge your progress and set your own unique leadership aspirations.

We offer savings for Coaches who invest >80% of their coaching time in the Non-Profit Sector or in Developing Economies, and Scholarships for Coaches going through a transition. Email us to share your situation and wishes: [email protected]
