We StageSHIFT from Dependence to Independence through the Stage of Specialist to land at Achievist in 3rd Perspective. Then we shift to becoming Interdependent at 4th Perspective through Catalyst to Synergist. Our trailing edge is at Achievist as we also lean into Constructivist. The next StageSHIFT to Alchemist at 5th invites Inter-Independence.

Transformative StageSHIFT Coaching

Transformative StageSHIFT Coaching is a collaborative dialogical inquiry where the self-awareness and life experience of the Coach is an extensive resource and expansive reservoir of consciousness for the executive leader. We offer profound insight into human dynamics beyond the capacity of most.

Transformative Coaching is a type of 3rd Generation Coaching (Stelter), an octave beyond Developmental Coaching. It transcends and includes Carl Rogers' philosophy that we each have the resources within to heal ourselves. When we steep ourselves in the more expansive consciousness held by our StageSHIFT Coach, our access to personal insight deepens.

3 STEPS - 9 MODULES - 20 WEBINARS

The 3-Step StageSHIFT Executive Leadership Program & Coach Certification are evidence-based and proven to liberate Synergist Leadership Capacity within 1-2-years, 3 times faster than usual. They offer rich content and applied practice.

The StageSHIFT Coach Certification also involves submitting all 9 Assignments showing a level of mastery of the materials. You will receive individualized written feedback to deepen your understanding further. These are optional for Executive Leaders.

THE SCHEDULE

You can begin the Program in August or February each year and chart your course over the following 12-months. Many participants continue to participate in our live Discovery Dialogues and online Community for many years.

Our Live Discovery Dialogues on Zoom take place every 2 weeks on Thursdays at

  • 8am EST (2pm CET) from 12 Feburary 2026 
  • 8am CET (6pm AEST) from 12 February 2026
  • 8am EST (2pm CET) from 6 August 2026
  • 8am CET (6pm AEST) from 6 August 2026

You will need to take account of your own location's switch to daylight saving relative to 8am EST and 8am CET.

YOUR TIME INVESTMENT

One 2-hour session a week of focused learning is ideal. This way you cover 1 or 2 of the 45 Online Learning Modules one week and attend the live Coaching Session the next week. The balance of your time is invested in the application and integration of the work, including the Assignment. We work through your Assignments during our Discovery Dialogues.

You can gain Continuing Education Learning Hours by application to the EMCC or ICF. This will be automated once we complete our submissions to them.

PROGRAM FEES

You can either make a single payment to cover the ensuing 12-month period or an initial payment and the first month of 12 monthly payments.

After the first year, you can continue with a monthly subscription to continue to participate in the live Discovery Dialogues, or upgrade to another layer of content e.g., Systemic Shadow Team Dynamics or 5th Perspective Soul Voyage, with a second installment and/or ongoing monthly payments.

The My World View and Vertical Holistic Leadesrhip Profile Assessments are included in the Program so you can set your own unique leadership aspirations and 12-month evolutionary map to gauge your progress.

There is an Earlybird Rate through to the end of May and November each year until the Program is full. There is a maximum of 8 people in each Program to ensure lots of individual attention during our Discovery Dialogues.
